🌟 YOUTH AUCTION – FARMINGTON FAIR 2026 🌟

We’re excited to announce that the Youth Auction Intent to Sell Form is now available for any youth planning to sell an animal during the 2026 Farmington Fair!

This auction is a long-standing tradition that supports our local youth as they raise and present high-quality livestock projects. Eligible commodities include steers, lambs, hogs, laying hens, meat birds, and turkeys, with age ranges varying by project (ages 6–18 depending on the animal).

This is a reminder - the annual meeting of the Franklin County Agricultural Society will be held on Wednesday, December 3rd, 2025, at the Cascade Brook School. The meeting will start at 7pm.

Article 1: To hear the reports of the officers.
Article 2: to choose a president, vice president, secretary, treasurer-collector, 2 trustees and all other necessary officers.
Article 3: To transact on other business that may legally come before said meeting.

******Attention to those who wish to store items at the fair grounds.****

We will also be doing winter storage November 1st & 2nd from 8am-4pm.

The cost is $15.00 per foot for campers, boats, (measured tongue to end of motor or bumper) and $250.00 for cars. Small items like lawn mowers will be $50.00. (Please make checks payable to FCAS.)

🙏 A huge thank you to everyone who came out to the Farmington Fair this year! Your support of our local fair means so much and is truly the key to our continued success.

Many of you may have noticed the poster in the Exhibition Hall showcasing plans for newly designed Grandstands, made possible through funding provided by the Franklin County Commissioners in 2024. Looking ahead, we hope to kick off fundraising efforts in 2026 to bring this dream to life.

The projected cost of this project is $2 million dollars, and it will provide much-needed improvements to our current grandstands. Please stay tuned in the coming months as we move forward with this important goal.
