My passion for baking and music have always been evident in my life.
I have been baking since I could see the top of the kitchen counter, and have played violin since I was seven.
Played in the orchestra and in the orchestra pit in our highschool musicals.

If I could stir a batch of cake mix while playing my violin, I probably would 😂😂

What a blessing this past week to have the opportunity to incorporate both baking and music.

The Walton Arts Center contacted me and requested customized cookies for several musicals and I was LOVING it!!

I was very familiar with three out of six of the musicals, so the other three I had to research, listen to the music etc……didn’t feel like work 😊.
After a whole lot of over thinking ( I do that) I came up with designs for each set.

Thank you for your order Walton Art Center.
You made this baking violinist giddy this week and so happy you were happy with them.

Our area might be small in comparison to the cities across our nation, but our local neighbor town of Prairie Grove holds THE largest square dancing event in the USA!!
Hundreds of young kiddos and teens dance for exhibition and also competition over the Labor Day weekend.

And what brave, strong and determined kids this year to be out in this extreme heat we are having!!

I was blessed to be asked to create a few sets of cookies for some of the dance teams.
