We're happy to announce that you can now buy fresh roasted bags of Sunflower Coffee coffee beans, here in-store as well as online directly from Sunflower Coffee! Sunflower Coffee is a Farmington-based coffee roaster doing fresh, small batch roasting.

Everyone loves fresh coffee… but too fresh can actually ruin your espresso!!

After roasting, beans need time to degas (aka breathe out CO₂) before they pull smooth shots.
Here’s my rule of thumb:
• Double Dark → 3+ days rest
• Brazil & Mexico → 5-7 days rest

That timing lines up perfectly for shipping, so when your bag arrives, it’s right at its flavor peak.
