good day to be a brewer. beautiful weather outside, no work besides drinking and creating drink...
racked our 1st mead today to secondary... much stronger than we anticipated, it will be coming in at 12.9% (it is a traditional sweet mead, well, with addition of 1 oz of saaz hops and 2 lbs of blackberries)
making our first irish red ale, she will be called O'Keefe Irish Red. erin go bragh!
