A neighbor of mine is looking to rehome his livestock guardian dog. Pyrenees, good with chickens and cats and dogs. 6 years old, male, neutered. The current owner is retired, does not have a fenced property, so he is looking to find a home where the dog can have more space. Ideally in a fenced pasture. Please pm me if you are interested. We are taking orders for a January butcher date for Angus Wagyu beef shares.
The beef is well marbled, aged for 2 weeks, then packaged via vacuum seal.

Available by 1/4 or half cow. You fill out the cut sheet (we can help you with that). If you choose 1/4 cow, you get 25% of all the cuts from the animal.
If you choose 1/2 cow, you get half of the cuts from the entire animal. That includes everything from ground beef, to ribs, roast, ribeye, filet mignon, etc.
Cost is $5 per pound hanging weight plus butcher fee.
An example of a quarter cow: 175lb hanging weight, $875 for the beef, plus $183 for the butcher, is $1058 total. Prices are approximate, and will depend on the hanging weight which the butcher determines.
Cows hang at about 60% live weight, and take home beef is about 60% of hanging weight.
1/4 cow takes up a small chest freezer, around 7 cubic foot of space.
To book your beef, contact me via messenger or text. $300 deposit secures your booking. Balance is payable upon receipt of beef.

And this folks, is why I don't make the top few wires as tight as the bottom wires. They need to give without snapping. 3 trees fell on a 20ft section of high tensile wire. The top 3 wires popped off the fence, bottom 3 remained on the fence. Nothing snapped. Once we got the trees off, the wires popped back into position. We needed new staples, but the insulators are still in tact.
