🙂‍↔️ Today, I received an anonymous letter from a woman in Kentucky who literally took the time to TYPE a letter telling me I am basically not a Christian because I have no humility because I work out at the gym, wear a sports bra and because she claims I flex my muscles and because I am sharing that with you, I am purposely trying to tempt men to chase me.
I assure you I’m not.

In addition to that, she scolded me for being America First and was extremely condescending because I happen to believe that is how our country should be ran and that I should be in agreement with another government even when committing genocide…

She also went on a rant saying she knows people that also unfollowed me because they believe like her…
If that’s true, great!
Please be gone.

Let me say this…
If you’re going to “REPRESENT” Jesus-have the guts to sign your name otherwise we all know that you even know how you are MISREPRESENTING our Savior.

Jesus was never a coward and this approach to scold anyone (especially someone you don’t know that has zero effect on your life) is not right and is exactly why people are church hurt and have left the church.

That’s not Jesus.

I don’t know what possesses people to do these things other than Satan so for anyone reading this, please pray for Ms. Kentucky Anonymous and that the grip that’s on her is released.

Ladies… you do not need to lose yourself in midlife.
There is so much for you to still be, become and DO.
Don’t let these demons thumb you down.
I know if I get this, you do too.

Ok, friends! 🫶🏼 I ran to Walmart to see if ours had the Whole Milk Greek plain Yogurt I mentioned in yesterday’s vid.
It is “bettergoods” for $3.93 here with 16g per serving!
I really like it!
Also jamming on grilled 🐟 mackerel & girls, we are a catch…

💛 Air Fryer “Hard-boiled” BAKED eggs!
My favorite! EASY!
🥚 Simply preheat air fryer then set to Bake 270 degrees & place whole raw, shelled eggs to then bake for 14 minutes.
💛 You can adjust the time up or down but 14 minutes is perfect for me. I have baked up to one full dozen at a time!
🧊 Place in ice bath after & then peel to enjoy!

🧺 Yesterday, we were at Mama Lou’s in NC for her annual Cherokee Speakers Consortium Dinner at her home!
☺️ It was a beautiful evening!
🐻 She loves to host a dinner at her cabin when the speakers get together here in The East.
Many of the faces you will see are from Oklahoma-Cherokee Nation.

🪶 The Cherokee Language Consortium is a joint initiative unifying linguists and fluent first-language speakers from the three federally recognized Cherokee tribes: the Cherokee Nation in Oklahoma, the Eastern Band of Cherokee Indians (EBCI) in North Carolina, and the United Keetoowah Band (UKB). The Consortium aims to revitalize the Cherokee language by standardizing new vocabulary for modern terms and developing consistent educational curriculum.

❤️ Talk about an amazing atmosphere as a learner!
