I've got the perfect way to celebrate St. Patrick's day - Boozy Bombs! I have Irish cream and peanut butter whiskey available.
You can use milk or water with these. Either will taste great. You'll get a creamier consistency with the milk. I had a whiskey one with water and it was delish!
