Sales taxes in Howard County are increasing over 10%(COUNTY WIDE) as the successful passing of the Howard County Ambulance tax in April of this year of our lord, and we at Ma's Discount H***h would like to formally announce that we are handling it with grace, maturity, and absolutely no crying in the walk-in cooler. 🧊😭

❓ Will prices change?
The prices are the same. The total is different. We don't understand it either. We're a liquor store, not wizards, but we'll try to make the change easy.
❓ Can I pay in exposure?
No. We tried. The register and newspaper said no.
❓ Is "Discount" still in the name?
Yes. Ma refuses to repaint the sign. She says it's "aspirational."
❓ What's the best way to cope?
We have some ideas. They're on aisle 3. 🍷
