Happy Saturday, SunFish Family!!
This Week’s Customer Favorites, Straight From Mom ❤️ 🇰🇷
When you grow up with a Korean mom, comfort food means bold, savory, and made with love. This week we’re sharing three dishes she’s known for (among many):
*Whiting Fish Jorim* – Tender whiting simmered in a rich mildy spicy-soy-garlic sauce with radish and green onions. The fish soaks up all that spicy-sweet-savory broth until it’s fall-apart flaky. This is the definition of “rice-killer” and one bite and you’ll understand why it disappears first at family dinner.
*Cucumber Apple Kimchi* – Mom’s bright twist on tradition. Crisp cucumber and sweet apple meet garlic and gochugaru for a kimchi that’s refreshing, crunchy, and just a little spicy. It cuts through the richness of any dish.
*Eomuk Bokkeum* – Stir-fried fish cake with onions, carrots, and a glossy spicy-soy-sesame glaze. Savory, chewy, a little sweet and the banchan that everyone didn't know they needed.
Made fresh by our mom, just like she made for us growing up. No shortcuts, just real Korean home cooking.
Only available while supplies last, and it will go fast!! See you soon 😊
