🐑 EXCITING NEWS FROM KIMBLELAND FARM! 🐑

We’re excited to share another milestone with our community! Kimbleland Farm has welcomed 8 new Katahdin sheep to the farm, increasing our flock from 10 to 18 sheep!

Katahdin sheep are an excellent fit for our farm. They are a hair sheep breed, meaning they naturally shed their winter coats and generally do not require shearing like traditional wool breeds. Katahdins are also known for being hardy, adaptable, good foragers, and excellent mothers. The breed is valued for its ability to perform well in pasture-based farming systems and is also known for having greater parasite resistance than many traditional sheep breeds.

🌱 Natural Care & Rotational Grazing

At Kimbleland Farm, we believe good livestock management starts with allowing animals to live and graze as naturally as possible. Our sheep have access to pasture, loose minerals and appropriate nutritional supplements, along with fresh water and attentive daily care.

We also practice rotational grazing, moving our animals between grazing areas instead of continuously grazing the same pasture. This approach gives our pastures time to recover, encourages healthier forage, helps us manage grazing pressure, and supports the overall health of both our animals and our land.

Growing from 10 to 18 sheep is another exciting step in the continued growth of Kimbleland Farm. We’re looking forward to watching our new Katahdins settle in and become part of the family.

We’re excited to share the NEW Kimbleland Farm logo! 🐝🐑🐐🐕🍯

Our new logo represents more than just our farm—it represents who we are, what we raise, and the community we are proud to serve. From our livestock and Great Pyrenees guardians to our honeybees and locally produced honey, every part of the design reflects the heart of Kimbleland Farm.

Since 2019, our mission has been simple: work hard, care for our animals, produce quality farm products, and be a positive part of our community.

At the center of everything we do is the message that continues to guide us:

“We Feed God’s People!”

🥒 Cucumber Overload at Kimbleland Farm! 🌱🍉

When your garden starts producing faster than you can pick it, you know you've done something right! Our cucumber plants are in full production, and we're harvesting fresh, crisp cucumbers almost every day. The watermelon vines are thriving too, and it's exciting to watch God's blessings grow right before our eyes.

There is nothing better than growing fresh, healthy food for our family and community. Every harvest reminds us that hard work, patience, and faith produce an incredible reward.
