Important Client Update
To my valued clients,
I want to sincerely apologize for any inconvenience regarding recent refunds and payment delays. Unfortunately, my business account experienced fraudulent activity in which an unauthorized attempt was made to withdraw over $3,000 from my account. The matter has been reported and is currently being investigated and resolved by my financial institution. I was initially assured that the funds would be made available sooner; however, the resolution is still pending, which has unfortunately delayed the processing of some refunds. Please know that I am actively monitoring the situation and remain committed to ensuring that every client receives the funds owed to them. I truly understand any frustration this may cause and sincerely appreciate your patience, understanding, and continued support during this unexpected circumstance. Thank you for extending me grace as I work through this matter. I will continue to provide updates as they become available.
