Morty Pride Meats is looking for a Plant Manager to join our team. They will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations on the production floor. They will manage scheduling and increase production by providing leadership and developing strategic plans. They should be a strong leader with excellent communication skills. Responsibilities Include:
路 Monitoring all operations and processes

路 Maintain a safe work environment and follow all safety regulations
路 Ensure all compliance needs are met
路 Manage scheduling of production

路 Oversee daily floor operations
路 Optimize productive time for employees
路 Practice conflict resolution among departments and employees
Requirements and Qualifications:
路 High school diploma or equivalent

路 2 years previous meat or food production experience, supervisor or management experience preferred
路 Knowledge of HACCP and health and safety regulations

路 Proficient computer skills
路 Strong management skills with the ability to supervise multiple teams
路 Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently

路 Excellent leadership, team building and management skills
路 Excellent conflict-resolution and decision-making skills

Hours are Monday - Friday 6:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. (hours could extend to Monday - Saturday 6:30 a.m. - 5:30p.m. during seasonal rush, October- December)

Job description
Morty Pride Meats, a family-owned and operated meat processing company, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of the facilities mechanical systems are operating properly. We are looking for a candidate that:
Has good communication skills and an eagerness to learn
Is able to utilize technology (tablets/computers) to complete job tasks, research problems and report back with findings and issues
Is able to perform general service on equipment (greasing motors, checking/changing belts, diagnosing and fixing electrical issues)
Is able to work in a team setting on more complicated projects
At least has some maintenance, construction or technician experience
Is mechanically inclined (i.e., knows at least general tools and functions)
Hours are Monday - Friday 6:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. (hours could extend to Monday - Saturday 6:30 a.m. - 5:30p.m. during seasonal rush, October- December)

Bonus skills (not necessarily required):
Read and understand schematics
Familiarity and understanding of 3-phase electrical power
Tig welding experience, especially stainless steel
Diesel mechanic experience
Controls/low voltage electrical experience
