Due to upcoming commitments and travel this fall, Pedal Baked Goods is pausing all new orders. I’m committed to providing quality baked goods that are beautifully decorated if I’m going to sell them, and this coming season does not allow me to prioritize that. Thank you for your patience!

Courtesy of the rain this morning, I had knew I'd have some extra time today. I also had some starter ready to go, so I opted to play with sourdough bread boule babies. I tried a different design in each and you can see leaves in one and swirl expansion cuts on another. They came out really cute. The second shows my favorite out of this batch. Happy Saturday!

Do you want some bread or sweet treats made from scratch but don’t have the time or energy to get in the kitchen? Pedal Baked Goods has you covered! We make this Sunday an easy time for you to come get a variety of baked goods from a fragrant focaccia to a variety of macaron flavors to S’mores Rice Krispie treats. Just stop in to our pop up bake sale from 11am - 1pm on the Harber Ave side of Bernice Young Elementary in Springdale. Get there early though because you don’t want your favorite item to sell out!

•PBG is cashless but we accept Tap to Pay, credit/debit card, Venmo, and Cash App

•We will pack up once we sell out. I’ll make sure to post here if that happens.

I’ve baked up a good batch of delicious treats for you guys! When you see the bake sale sign on the Harber Ave side of Bernice Young Elementary, you’ll know you’re at the right spot. I’ll be under the awning at a table with a blue table cloth. Six different flavors of macarons, chocolate chip M & M and snickerdoodle cookies, s’mores Rice Krispie treats, and focaccia will be offered but quantities or limited so get there early!

Place: Bernice Young Elementary
When: Sunday 6/21 @ 11am-1pm (or when I sell out)
Prices: see the second picture for the tax inclusive pricing
Payment: no cash accepted but we take Venmo and cards

Hope to see you there! I will post here if i sell out before 1pm..
