LIVESTOCK SALES POLICY
We reserve the right not to do business with anyone for any reason. Goat buyers must already have an established herd. Goats are herd animals we almost never sell any as “pets”. Deposits of 50% are required on animals to be picked up at weaning. Animals already weaned are cash payment in full on pickup, we do not hold any weaned animals. Deposits are not refundable, unless t

he animal fails to make it to weaning. All animals are healthy at the time of sale and pick up, or we do not release them. When the animals leave our farm, We are not responsible for the animals and cannot offer any guarantees. We do not allow animals to leave in other than healthy condition. Any illness attributed to normal animal issues that require owner maintenance shall be handled by the new owner. Buyer care or lack of care WILL NOT warrant return of money, replacement of animals or costs the owner claims. Once the animal leaves the farm, there will be no return of money, replacement of animals, or costs the owner claims. We are not accepting any more clients for mentorship at this time, if you purchase an animal from us please have a good knowledge of animal health and relationship with a livestock vet.

MILK CUSTOMERS you've probably seen the forecast so here's a reminder of winter milk pickup protocol. Our milk is great but not worth running off the road. We will report our road conditions here. If you don't see that information you are welcome to reach out and ask. Much of Hughey is shaded so it's never in the same condition as the highway. We will try to accommodate requests to pick up before storm but due to lactation schedules supply is limited at the moment. Late pickup is totally understandable. We may also consider meeting you at the red roof church if roads are clear except for ours. This will be on a case by case basis. Message Melissa Garrett Kyllo directly because FB is very slow about messages to the farm page

Fall pork is sold. Announcement about spring and changes going forward. We have a high demand for milk fed pasture raised hogs but we can only grow so many at a time. It's a long list and "wait list" and of course each time we disappoint someone on the wait list. To reduce this "list process" we will require a deposit $50/half $100 whole going forward. We are growing 9 for April if you want a spring hog you need to contact us soon about placing your deposit. Check money order or venmo accepted.

*update* Boys are all SOLD* Available female goat kids. $200 each. None are registered.
