As the owner of Dessert Kingzz and the visionary behind Poetry & Song: Bootz on the Ground Edition, I’ve spent countless hours behind the scenes bringing every piece together—from the entertainment and food to the vendors, atmosphere, and overall experience.

I started creating events because I wanted Dessert Kingzz to be more than desserts. I wanted to create experiences that bring people together, showcase talent, support other businesses, and give people a reason to come out, connect, laugh, eat good, and make memories.

And THIS SATURDAY, it all comes together. 👢🎤🎶

This is my tribute!

There has been a lot of talk about Whitney this week when she performed on Oprah in 2009(The pics on the cake are from that performance)

But the clarity, poise, dedication, and the unwavering amount of love she gave back to us should never be diminished by lies! This performance was Stellar!!!
