What a night. A huge thank you for making our first Chefs and Fire event so successful! 🔥
Our Teaching Farm came alive with smoke, flame, music, and some of the most creative food in Northwest Arkansas. Guests wandered through the orchard, gathered around the fire, connected with chefs and each other, and experienced an unforgettable evening built by chefs who continue to show up for our mission year after year.
An abundance of incredible food was presented: duck fat, caramelized cabbage, whole roasted pig, yakitori, paella, grilled tuna, lamb chops, and an assortment of desserts — every plate celebrated bold flavors, live fire cooking, and beautiful seasonal produce grown right here on our farm. 🌱
A huge thank you to Jerrmy Gawthrop of Wood Stone Pizza, Elliot Hunt of Atlas The Restaurant, Darwin Beyer of Meiji Japanese Cuisine and Chūō Izakaya, Matt Cooper of Conifer Restaurant and Ryn Bentonville , Brooks & Ali Cameron of Bloom Cheese Collective, Sam Walker of Gaskins on Emma, and Handshake Fayetteville for creating such an incredible culinary and community experience. We’re also grateful to Crisis Brewing Company for the specialty brews, Josh Cellars for the wine pairings that made the evening even more memorable. Special thanks to DJ CurioSound for provide the soundtrack for the event, GOAT GRILLS who lent grills for the chefs to cook on, and to LUX Grilling Company for generously donating a grill for our raffle and helping add even more excitement to the evening. 🔥
A big thank you to our sponsors of Chefs and Fire: Signature Bank of Arkansas, Glad, Architectural Artglass, The House Fayetteville, Whitley & Wendy Dunn, and Beavers and Broomfield Family Dentistry.
Thank you to every guest, volunteer, and supporter who helped make this event possible. Nights like this remind us how powerful food can be in bringing people together around community, education, and connection. ❤️🔥
