There’s always more to life on the farm than what makes it into a photograph.

Behind the events, Christmas trees, old buildings, old tractors and trucks, family traditions, and everyday work are stories—some meaningful, some slightly ridiculous, and many that are both.

The Wildly Ordinary: The Rural Edit is a new place for those stories, along with honest reflections on life, change, personal growth, and finding something worth noticing in the most ordinary days.

Written by Stephanie, it’s a glimpse behind the scenes of farm life—and beyond it.

We’d love for you to follow along. 🌿

A well known fact is that Rick is passionate about farming and its history in Inman. But a lesser known fact is his other passion - preserving racing history in Georgia as well. This year, Rick was been nominated by his longtime friend, Ricky Williams, to be considered as an inductee for the Georgia Racing Hall of Fame. And this year, Rick will claim his spot as one of the five inductees for the Class of 2026 in August. Ray D’Alessio with Farm Monitor visited Inman and interviewed him, honoring his induction.
