UPDATE: I apologize for worrying all of you. I just wanted to put it out there to be smarter than I was. Everything is much better this morning. My parents still have Watkin's Salve. It works wonders.

A little reminder to respect God's creatures no matter how small.

What is the word describing someone who is overly confident and stupid?
Well, that was me today. Today, I had no gear with me not even the smoker. I was only taking a quick look.😢

I hadn't been stung in a long time so no fear.🫣 I take off the cover and leaned in too close. One small bee quickly defended her hive and stung me then more. 6 stings total.

The bees weren't at fault. I should have had my gear on. It makes remember the movie, "Honey, I shrunk the kids" or was it "Gulliver's Travels". Imagine being small and looking up to see this big human's face peering into the hive. I would have stung someone too!

Remember:
Don't be afraid of honey bees. Respect them for the amazing work that they do. Put on your gear or don't complain about the stings😂.🥰
