I started Wylde Berry Bakery because I know what it's like to feel left out.

Being diagnosed with celiac disease changed everything — including how I see food access. Right now, families with food allergies in rural areas and food deserts have almost no options for safe treats. That's not okay.

My dream? Scale Wylde Berry into a manufacturing operation with nationwide shipping — and eventually get our gluten-free, nut-free, and vegan treats into markets and gas stations where they're needed most.

Safe food shouldn't be a privilege. It should be everywhere.

I didn’t go gluten-free because it was trendy. I went gluten-free because my body was waving a bunch of red flags.
For me it looked like this:
Chronic skin issues
My esophagus feeling swollen shut
Beer making me flushed and stuffy in my head
Cutting gluten made a huge difference, and it’s a big reason Wylde Berry exists. Safe treats, made by someone who actually gets it.
