Well… today was a good start to getting back on my grind at La'Ivory's BBQ & Catering,LLC

Beautiful weather, nice people, repeat customers, made some new ones, & of course I had to find me some eats that were just as good as mine! ’s Louisiana Kitchen had THE BEST FRIED CAT FISH I’ve ever had in my 49 years of living! It had all of the Bayu flavor profile! This beautiful Louisiana native got it going on! 2 gigantic fillets with slaw, fries, & hush puppies… my lawdy!! If you see her trailer in Fayetteville & surrounding area.. go get you some!
