A little taste of Italy, baked right here in Arkansas! 🇮🇹🍞

Our schiacciata is a rustic Italian flatbread made with slow-fermented dough, giving it that perfect balance of a crisp golden exterior and a soft, airy interior.

Similar to focaccia but with its own unique character, schiacciata is all about simple ingredients, olive oil, and time, letting the dough develop deep flavor before it ever reaches the oven.

It’s the kind of bread that doesn’t need much… just quality ingredients, thoughtful technique, and a little patience.

These aren’t your average cinnamon rolls 😌✨🍞

Made with our artisan brioche dough, these cinnamon rolls are rich, soft, and beautifully tender, with that signature golden crumb from high-quality ingredients. Brioche is known in the French tradition as a dough that sits right between bread and pastry, light, structured, and indulgent all at once.

Our ham & Gouda croissants are made with the same hand-laminated dough we use for all our pastries, layered with rich butter, folded with care, and baked until perfectly golden and flaky.

Inside, we keep it simple and intentional: Natural Choice cherrywood smoked ham (no artificial ingredients, minimally processed) and high-quality Gouda cheese.

Because for us, it’s always about the ingredients. Real food, made with real care, just tastes better, and feels better too.
