So we figured Best Happy Hour should actually have a Happy Hour.

WEDNESDAY
It’s the last Open Mic of the season with Elliott, so let’s send it out with a bang. Come play, come listen, or just grab a beer and hang out.

And if you’re hungry, order from Java & Brie and have your food delivered right to the brewery.

Happy Hour 4–5. Open Mic after. That seems like a pretty solid Wednesday.

THURSDAY
Bingo + Disc Golf with Larry and Amanda.

Two completely different ways to prove you’re better than your friends.

Java & Brie delivery is available again Thursday, and **Happy Hour is 4–5 PM.**

FRIDAY
Gradient takes the stage!

This Week at Awkward Brewing®

We’ve got dogs, records, bingo, disc golf, live music, food trucks, a fantasy football draft, a birthday, and apparently a plan to see just how much Andrew can take in one weekend.

Wednesday – International Dog Day + Vinyl Night
We’re celebrating International Dog Day starting at 5:30 PM, and we want to see just how many dogs we can get at Awkward on a Wednesday night.
We’ll have a few dog-friendly vendors joining us, and Andrew is buying a round for anyone whose dog is already on our dog board AND brings that dog in Wednesday night.

Yes, Andrew is aware this could be a terrible financial decision.

Vinyl Night is happening too, so dig through your collection and bring something dog related. Album cover, band name, song title, whatever connection you can defend. Bonus respect for actual dog-themed vinyl.

Bring the dogs. Bring the records. Let’s make Wednesday weird.

Thursday – Crazy Bingo + Disc Golf
Larry is back inside with Crazy Bingo while Disc Golf Putting takes over outside.
Both start at 6:30 PM. Pick one, bounce between both, or just grab a beer and watch other people get overly competitive about very low-stakes activities.

Friday – Aaron Watkins + Eggroll Daddy
Aaron Watkins is live Friday night, and Eggroll Daddy will be here handling dinner.
Good music. Eggrolls. Beer. Friday handled.

Saturday – Andrew’s Birthday / Fantasy Football / General Survival

Saturday starts with his Dad’s Beer Fantasy Football Draft and somehow rolls directly into Andrew’s birthday celebration.
Poor Andrew.

Come celebrate with him. Buy him a beer. Wish him a happy birthday. Please don’t break him. He still has to make it through Sunday.

Mary Martin Music will be playing live, and Pinches Tacos will be here with the food.
Fantasy football. Birthday. Live music. Tacos. Beer.
This seems completely reasonable.

Sunday – $5 Slushy Sunday
If Saturday goes according to plan, Andrew may be moving a little slower.
Fortunately, the slushies are $5.

Our September Book Club will be so special! The author of the book will be here for the discussion. She’s local to the area so make sure to save the date as this will be a good one. We are reading Yellow by Amy Pence. The date is 9/17 at 6:30pm.
