Meet Kaylee Jennings of Felicity, Ohio, proudly serving as your Northeast Region Director this year!
At 19 years old, Kaylee is passionate about giving back to the association that has helped shape her both inside and outside of the show ring. Serving on the junior board has reminded her just how special junior nationals are by allowing her to help younger members gain confidence, make memories, and fall in love with the cattle industry. Throughout her term, Kaylee hopes to continue building stronger connections among AJCA members through mentorship, leadership, and encouragement while helping every junior feel welcomed and supported.
As juniors prepare for another show season, Kaylee encourages members to focus on the effort rather than just the outcome, reminding them that every experience is an opportunity to grow, learn, and create lifelong friendships along the way. And if you catch her around the barns, don’t forget her favorite joke: “Why did the cow win an award? Because she was outstanding in her field!”
