Homemade Peanut Brittle made by the Brittle Queen, Laura Dickinson. My recipe for Original is rooted from the beginning of my love to make peanut brittle.

It all started with a cooking class I took with my mother Mary Lou in 1978. Since then my family has enjoyed this recipe for many years. My three daughters encouraged me to expand my brittle offering with some unique but tasty flavors. My family's favorite is Island, with the combination of macadamia nuts, pineapple, banana, a drizzle of white chocolate and coconut sprinkled on the top. A true tro

pic delight. Mounds of Joy is a personal favorite, with almonds, dark chocolate and coconut combination. Spicy is a heat lovers dream! It came as a birthday request from my nephew Alex. My daughter Katie loves the dark chocolate and sea salt combination, the perfect blend of salty and sweet. Breakfast is an inspiration of the Portland, OR based Voodoo Donuts. I personally love the maple bacon donut, a local fav. I am happy to offer my gluten intolerant friends a delicious dessert option! Dessert Options
