Breakfast Sausage Biscuit
* 1 pound of F3 Breakfast Sausage
* 1.5 cups almond flour
* 1/4 cup of sour cream or softened cream cheese
* 1 T butter, softened
* 2 eggs
* 1 tsp baking powder
* dash of salt and pepper
* 1 cup of shredded cheese of your choice, plus more for topping
Preparation:
1. Preheat oven to 350.
2. Brown sausage over medium heat until cooked, breaking into small pieces. Let cool slightly.
3. Mix together almond flour, sour cream or cream cheese, butter, eggs, baking powder, salt and pepper. Fold in cooled sausage and shredded cheese.
4. Roll/Flatten out dough and cut into rounds (similar to biscuits). Top with extra shredded cheese.
5. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden. Cool and Enjoy!

The“September Stock Up” contains our most popular cuts of pasture raised, heritage breed pork. Our pigs are born and raised here on our farm in Fellsmere, never given antibiotics, hormones or vaccines. They are never on concrete, and instead, rotated regularly to fresh paddocks of forest and forage. The pork is processed at a local USDA inspected facility here in Indian River County where the meat is vacuum-sealed for freshness.

This month, you can order over 17 pounds of sausages, chops and a roast, all delivered to your doorstep for $200. The “September Stock Up” includes:
-1 package of Bratwurstbb Links (average 1.4 pounds) -4 packages of ground pork (average 1 pound) -4 package of breakfast sausage (average 1 pound) -1 package of bulk Italian sausage (average 1 pound) -2 packages of Bone-In Pork Chops (average 0.8 pounds) -1 Pork Shoulder Roast (Boston Butt) (average 3 pounds)

Additionally, our Farmers Choice Farm Box is available as well! This month the box will ONLY contain pasture raised pork. Contents may vary, but we will include at least 5 different cuts of chops, roasts, sausages, grounds and more in each box! Over 30 pounds for $300.

We will be offering free delivery for all orders in Indian River County and south Brevard County, on the evenings of Wednesday, September 9th and Thursday, September 10th.
