Monday Spotlight - A2 Cheese from Milkhaus Dairy!

If you're wondering what "A2" means, you're not alone! A2 cheese is made from milk that naturally contains only the A2 beta-casein protein. It's not lactose-free, but some people say they find A2 dairy easier to enjoy than traditional dairy.

One of our favorite summer combinations is:

🍑 Grilled peaches
🧀 Milkhaus Dairy A2 Farm Cheddar
🍯 Mike's Hot Honey
🥖 Toasted baguette
🌿 Fresh basil

Just grill the peaches for a few minutes, layer everything on toasted baguette slices, drizzle with Mike's Hot Honey, and finish with fresh basil. It's the perfect mix of sweet, savory, and a little bit of heat.

Milkhaus Dairy A2 Cheese!

A2 cheese is made entirely from milk containing only the A2 beta-casein protein, rather than the more common A1 protein found in most conventional cow's milk. Many people with dairy sensitivities find A2 cheese much easier to digest and gentler on the stomach.
