Mabes Pizza did not decide on our mozzarella cheese overnight. Over the past year, they have tested the baking ability, flavor, and stretch.
They tried it on customers with known dairy issues and lactose intolerants. We got a thumbs up on all
accounts!

We have a nurse who has moved to the area. He looked us up interested in our cheese. He took some home and sent me this text.

Big news for Milkhaus Dairy. Just signed on a great distributer. They cover the Chicago metro area and all of northern Illinois. They are a family owned business and cover almost 150 stores in that area. To say we're excited is a understatement. Shipments going out to their warehouse on Monday.
