Tonight on the menu, eggroll in a bowl, but I'm a rebel so I switched it up. I used turkey instead of chicken because why not, and super blend mix instead of coleslaw because variety is the spice of life. With approximately 200 calories and 30g of protein, I'm basically a health guru. 😋

Tonight's dinner was creamy spinach, mushroom orzo, because who needs a social life when you can have carbs? But seriously, I paired it with half a salmon burger and I'm not bragging or anything, but it's one of the best meals I've whipped up in ages. This recipe is definitely a keeper.

Whipped up some ridiculously tasty high protein chicken nuggets with a side of sugar free bbq sauce because adulting is hard.

I know you’ll ask ….1 can of chicken rinsed and drained, 1 egg, about 1/4 cup maybe a little more of cheese, garlic, salt and pepper to taste. Form in to nuggets. Put the in air fryer at 400 for about 12 mins. Makes 8 nuggets 50g of protein.
