My new favorite, go to easy marinade or sauce: a couple of tablespoons of Chinese BBQ Sauce & equal amount of Tamari, 1 tsp. worchestershire & mix. Can be used 3 ways: 1) as a marinade or brush on glaze 2) as a sauce, put in pan after cooking meat (take meat out) and and heat with a dab of butter 3) put in small pan & add cooked chicken or other meat & heat. This makes a sauce & makes the meat sooo moist! Let me know what you use it for! (Tamari is aged soy sauce. It takes a lot less of it to get flavor than soy-avail in regular grocery store)

This is FABULOUS! I took some Salsa & mixed it with melted velveta and then poured over a cooked chicken breast that I warmed up. I then sprinkled with shredded cheese & I'm about to devour it with some Chips from at the Market. Delish!
