Products will be shipped through USPS , standard charges will apply and will vary depending on the size of the order. If you need orders quicker or overnight extra charges will apply. We accept Paypal and will ship on Mondays for orders placed up to 5pm est Sunday. We start early spring when the weather breaks, around the last of February to early March. The season can be crazy depending on how the Michigan weather goes. We started using tubing along with our bags this season. Since our land is fairly flat, tubing can only be used in limited areas. Mike also start using vacuum pumps this year to harvest sap. Last year he added an R/O system to our operation and we were able to speed up production and produce more light syrup. Our maples are also mostly soft maples and this means lower sugar content and it takes more sap to get a gallon of syrup. We hope to produce over a 300+ gallons of light to dark amber with rich maple favor. We will also offer maple candy, whipped maple, maple sugar, and cotton candy(weather permitting) this year at the farmers markets and shows. Business hours
