Hello, we're Mike and Christina Fleisher and we produce Pure Maple syrup here in mid-Michigan. This is a small family business that dates back four generations, working in Maple Syrup and farming. We are members of the Michigan Maple Syrup Producers and licensed by the Michigan Dept. of Agriculture. To prepare for the 2014 season we are tapping trees and stringing lines. Let the sap run! Products will be shipped through USPS , standard charges will apply and will vary depending on the size of the order. If you need orders quicker or overnight extra charges will apply. We accept Paypal and will ship on Mondays for orders placed up to 5pm est Sunday. We start early spring when the weather breaks, around the last of February to early March. The season can be crazy depending on how the Michigan weather goes. We started using tubing along with our bags this season. Since our land is fairly flat, tubing can only be used in limited areas. Mike also start using vacuum pumps this year to harvest sap. Last year he added an R/O system to our operation and we were able to speed up production and produce more light syrup. Our maples are also mostly soft maples and this means lower sugar content and it takes more sap to get a gallon of syrup. We hope to produce over a 300+ gallons of light to dark amber with rich maple favor. We will also offer maple candy, whipped maple, maple sugar, and cotton candy(weather permitting) this year at the farmers markets and shows. Business hours

Our set up for the open house. We have lots of sweet treats! We decided not to cancel due to the timing, since we are still making syrup and will be in the Maple shack anyway. So if you want to stop by we will be open tomorrow for a few hours. We did have a few visitors today.
