With less than 1,000 documented mating pairs of this threatened species in the ENTIRETY of North America, we were SO blessed to hold Sebastopol goslings in our arms this week! Last year, our goslings went to families from five different states but this year, several local families have gotten goslings. We love that these geese are now in Otter Tail County.

The odds are against these guys during incubation, but once they are here, they are unforgettable! πŸ₯Ή

Breeding season is closed for 2026, but a couple of these friends are looking for homes after people on the waiting list changed their minds. If you are interested, let us know!

One of our favorites, baptisia, is showing off today!

Our two year old peonies are almost ready for a gentle harvest and our older peonies will be ready for a full harvest soon!

Life is a little tough when it’s your first time on your feet!πŸ™ƒ

Five goslings have made it so far with one more working its way out, concluding this hatch with a final count of six! πŸͺΏ

The goslings dry off in the incubator and then head to the play area, where they get to meet Vienna, our four month old puppy!
