This weekend was more than a soft opening, it was a reminder of God’s faithfulness.
A dream that started as a little idea has become something I get to share with this community, and I know none of it would be possible without Him. Every prayer, every open door, every conversation, and every cup served is a reminder that His mercies truly are new every morning.
To everyone who came out to support Wheelie Caffeinated in Ottertail, THANK YOU! Whether you grabbed a coffee, waited patiently, brought a friend, cheered me on, prayed for me, shared a post, liked, commented, or simply told someone about my little coffee cart... you helped keep this dream rolling. You all are the real MVPs 😎
There were many fun conversations, a few lessons learned, minor sunburn, and more joy than I could have imagined. My cup (and my heart) are overflowing.
Thank you for believing in me, but even more, thank you for pointing me back to the One who made this possible. God has been so faithful every step of the way, and I’m excited to see where He wheels this journey next 😋

This coming weekend, August 8th & 9th, we’ll be at the i94_bmx Gold Cup and State Qualifier meets at the track at DeLagoon. Keep your eyes out for times and a wheelie cool menu. A portion of the weekend’s sales will be donated to the I-94 BMX track for improvements to increase rider safety. Even if you have never been out to the track, c’mon by for some coffee and watch a lap or two! My family has always felt so welcomed and included in the BMX community.
P.S. the pictured drink is the Dreamsicle latte, it’s creamy and dreamy and you should try it!
