The Decantery and Marlin & Barrel Distillery offer two different ways to slow down and taste Amelia Island.
The Decantery opened in 2018 as a craft cocktail and w**e bar built for conversation. Seasonal drinks, w**e by the glass, bourbon, charcuterie, desserts, and a self-serve w**e machine make discovery part of the evening, while private events give the space another role in celebrations and gatherings.
Nearby, Marlin & Barrel Distillery has been crafting local spirits since 2015. Its A1A Spirits line moves from bourbon to more playful creations like Smoked Pepper Vodka and Vanilla Bean Espresso Rum, all available through tastings, flights, and cocktails. One space invites guests to settle into a polished bar; the other brings them closer to the making of the spirits themselves. Together, they reflect an island approach to hospitality that is flavorful, relaxed, and meant to be shared.
