Sweet Meat is nutty and sweet with dense flash making it versatile.
Turks Turban is dense, not so sweet and starchy so good for bread.
The Marina di Chioggia from near Venice is the star of all the northern Italian pumpkin dishes.
Musqueé De Provence has a medium density and is prized for complexity and depth of flavor.
Delicata of course has earthy sweet potato notes and the skin is this and edible and great for stuffing. DM to discuss picking yours up from our farm

We said we were doing the big n freaky pumpkin raffle friday and by Jerry we did despite a raining cats and dogs situation. After a few uncomfortable takes we closed the stand and rushed home to our cozy wood stove only to realize there was no audio! Ahhh 💩 lol, whatever here ya go. Anyway never mind all that Chantal won.
