We don’t make Irish wh***ey. But we owe a lot to it.

Ireland gave the world uisce beatha — the water of life. Then the Irish brought it here, needed barley, but found corn, and created bourbon. That’s a uniquely American story. That’s the blend of traditions, flavors, and styles that makes our country great. And it’s that same blend that makes Doc Swinson’s a uniquely American wh***ey.

Our Master Blender Jesse Parker will tell you it was a bottle of Redbreast Irish Wh***ey that inspired him to finish one of our bourbons in oloroso sherry casks.
