in Ferndale (June-December) and their Pepperwood farmstand on the Avenue of the Giants (July-October) 🍅✨ We are Ben & Aubrey Thompson. We met on a beautiful vegetable farm in Ferndale in July 2015. We soon realized our shared love of tending to the land and the importance of eating healthy, local and organic food. Our love for the land, each other, and the community gave rise to a dream, and that

dream became a goal, and that goal became a mission. Our mission is to create a sustainable and community-based farm business that brings high-quality, organic, nutrient-dense produce to the Eel River Valley and surrounding areas. We are grateful for the opportunity to serve such wonderful families and individuals in our community, and hope to see you all at our local sales locations! Where we sell:

We’ve got tomatoes for your canning projects! 🍅 ✨ $2/lb. That’s $40/lug (20lbs). We would also be happy to sell 10lb flats for $20.

We have big beef, red heirlooms, yellow heirlooms, and san marzano paste tomatoes.

Please message, email, or call us to place an order! We can have them available at our next Main Street Ferndale farmstand or at one in the near future.

Our tomatoes are field-grown, dry-farmed, and Certified Organic. Grown in Pepperwood, CA.

Hey folks! We want to announce that our Pepperwood farmstand is now closed for the season.

“So soon?” you say.

Yes, but the last 9 weeks were wonderful and worth it. Thank you to all who stopped by and shopped at our little blue stand on the Avenue of the Giants 🌲🩵🌲

We’re closing it up so we can fully focus on growing and providing crops for our Main Street Ferndale farmstand and for our wholesale customers. We’re just a small team of local folks and this is our busiest time of year, so we need all hands on deck. 💪

If you’d like to purchase our food mid-week, you can find our produce at the following places:
• Clendenen’s Cider Works in Fortuna
• Valley Grocery in Ferndale
• Chautauqua Natural Foods in Garberville
• sometimes included in the weekly, delivered Harvest Boxes supplied by the Harvest Hub

Our Saturday farmstands have been bursting with color! 🌈 Bright red and yellow tomatoes, sweet bi-color corn, orange-flesh cantaloupe, broccoli and kale in all shades of green, colorful mixed cherry tomato pints, and blushing red Gravenstein apples! Have you made it by to shop our August bounty?? We’ve got all those things and much more to offer!

We will be open from 10-4 this Saturday (8/29) with our fresh, local, Certified Organic produce + sourdough bread loaves, cinnamon raisin bread, focaccia, eggs, and honey! All locally produced here in beautiful Humboldt County! 🍅🥗🍞🥚🍯

Hi guys! 👋🏼 Aubrey from Fair Curve Farm here. We’re open on the Avenue of the Giants in Pepperwood today (Tuesday 8/25) and later this week on Friday (8/28) and Saturday (8/29)! Open from 11-4!

Look for our blue farmstand right around the corner from the Drury-Chaney hiking trail.

Today we have bicolor sweet corn, cantaloupe, watermelon, lemon cucumbers, salad greens, garlic, cherry tomatoes, apples, broccoli, cauliflower, peppers, and more!

We’ll also have baked goods from our Ferndale neighbor, Josh Hebert! No eggs today, but probably on Friday and Saturday.

The whirlwind that is August has nearly knocked us over but we’re still kickin’ and getting through it alright! Nothing like a peak season cold to really test our grit and gumption 😅

We’re over the hump as far as illness goes, thankfully, because we have a little bit of everything to do this time of year. Loads of fruit and veg are coming out of the field, and we’re also in the propagation house sowing some of the final crops of the season that will get transplanted out in about a month.

It takes a large crew right now to keep the weeds at bay, the vines in the hoophouses pruned and trellised, and to get plants in the ground. We are thankful for our team, and for the new, short-term folks we’ll have out over the next few weeks to help us get caught up.

Thank you to everyone who has been shopping at our farmstands and at all the various retail stores we deliver to 🙏💛 We’ll start stocking our veggies at Clendenen’s Cider Works when they open this week ☺️ Be sure to stop by there!

We’ll resume our regular schedule in Pepperwood this week! Open Tues/Fri/Sat from 11-4. 🍅🌽🍈🥕

The bounty. The freshness. The FLAVOR! ✨

Come enjoy just a sample of the local goodness our county has to offer this Saturday (8/22)! Tangy tomatoes, juicy melons, crunchy carrots, crisp apples, and the sweetest of sweet corn! 🍅🍈🥕🍎🌽

All certified organic and grown on our family farms in Ferndale and Pepperwood!

Our Main Street Ferndale farmstand is open every Saturday, and we’re now open from 10-4!

We are unexpectedly short-staffed this Friday and Saturday and need to close the Pepperwood farmstand for those days. ✨We will still be open in Ferndale on Main Street this Saturday (8/22) from 10-4!✨

We plan to resume our normal Tuesday/Friday/Saturday schedule next week!

UPDATE: Due to short staffing, we will be closed in Pepperwood on Friday (8/21) and Saturday (8/22). We will still be open in Ferndale on Saturday!

The Fair Curve Farm farmstand in Pepperwood is open today (8/18) and Friday (8/21) from 11-4 with sweet corn, cantaloupe, watermelon, tomatoes, cucumbers, salad greens, and more!

We also carry fresh baked goods and local eggs.

We will be closed on the Avenue of the Giants on Saturday (8/22), but you can find us in Ferndale on Main Street that day!
