We’re excited to formally introduce our Farmstead Fontal!
Not to be confused with Fontina, this is a buttery, rich, and mild cheese. It’s younger and less pungent than its Italian cousins and distinctly different from our traditional Fontina, which is aged over 6 months. Pure melt-worthy magic.
Farmstead Fontal is an ideal cooking cheese because that is truly where it shines. Built for melting, it’s now featured at in their seasonal grilled cheese!
