Michigan Vegetarian Harvest Dinner // Sat. September 12th, 5pm and 7pm Seatings 🍺🥕

We are partnering up with once again for the next iteration in our Beer Dinner Series. This go around as we’ll be entering harvest season we figured the menu must consist of the freshest produce from a bunch of Michigan farms, locally grown and sourced carefully.

MENU

First Course: Sourdough crostini, smashed chickpea, roasted red pepper, confit garlic, pickled red onion // Paired with Brett Table Beer

Second Course: Spring mix, succotash (beans, corn, pablano pepper), tomato, sourdough crumble, vinaigrette // Paired with Kyodai

Third Course: Stuffed cabbage (rice and walnut filling), marinara, herb oil, pickled red cabbage // Paired with Wërk

Fourth Course: Michigan apple cobbler, corn meal crust, whipped coconut, maple crumble // Paired with Rustic Cider

Fifth Course: Chocolate avocado tart, stone fruit compote, fresh stone fruit, lace cookie // Paired with Prince Junior
