This beef was originally processed somewhere else...
But the customer wasn’t happy with how it turned out — so they brought it to us to have it ground and repackaged.
And honestly, this happens more than people think.
It’s not always about the cut itself.
How the animal is raised, finished, and handled all the way through the process makes a bigger difference than most people realize.
