🚨HOMICIDAL CAKES PRESENTS: MACARON MADNESS — SEND HELP🚨

Yesterday, I made 11 BATCHES OF MACARONS. ELEVEN. DAMN. BATCHES.

That’s 379 sandwich cookies. 758 individual shells. And that doesn’t even include the first batch that decided to choose violence and sacrifice itself to the macaron gods.

At some point, I stopped being an Executive Pastry Chef and became a sleep-deprived kitchen goblin armed with a piping bag and absolutely ZERO regard for my own well-being.

I went FULL CRACKHEAD MODE. Shells were flying. Trays were stacking. My sanity was buffering. And somewhere around batch 11, I’m pretty sure I started speaking fluent French meringue and seeing macaron feet in my sleep.

Did I fill them all? ABSOLUTELY THE HELL NOT. By 2 AM, my brain had left the building, filed for divorce, and refused to answer my texts. I called it a night before I started piping buttercream directly into my own mouth.

But LOOK AT THESE LITTLE BASTARDS.

This lineup includes:

And the best part? I’M ACTUALLY AHEAD OF SCHEDULE. Somebody check on me because this is suspicious behavior.

Now these little divas get plenty of time to mature, letting the shells and fillings work their magic and develop that delicious texture and flavor we all know and love. Basically, while I was busy having a full-blown pastry-related mental breakdown, these babies were entering their self-care era. 💅🏻✨

Meanwhile, I look like I survived a macaron-related crime scene. Which, honestly, is pretty damn on-brand for HOMICIDAL CAKES.

Quality over quantity? ABSOLUTELY.

But apparently, quantity is also a personality trait, and mine is currently screaming for a nap.

Now excuse me while I go finish these little murder cookies and pretend I have my life together.

MOO-VE OVER, BECAUSE THIS DUO IS TOO CUTE!

If you know me, you KNOW I take my cow print VERY seriously. So when it comes to a smash cake and cupcake duo, you already know we had to bring the spots!

This adorable “My First Rodeo” smash cake and cupcake duo is serving up all the pink, cow print, and western cuteness! From the piped buttercream borders to those little black cow spots and the tiny pink cowboy hat, every detail came together to make this set extra special.

Because a first birthday only happens once, and we’re not about to let that first rodeo be anything less than fabulous!
