We have sold out of our bulk beef for 2025! Thank you to everyone that purchased from us.
We will have our 2026 dates posted very soon so you can reserve for next year.
We do still have some cuts available in our retail freezer's for purchase now and will be doing two more restocking of those this year. One in late August and one last time in December.

Looking to stock your freezer with some local grass-fed / finished beef?

We still have a couple quarters left for August but you have to reserve by August 4th when we submit our final details to our butcher.

If our website shows sold out for August, go ahead and book for September as we have bulk beef orders still available for September as well.
