We are so excited about our new herd sire! He is a baby now but he will be vital to our herd. His grandsire is 100% East Fresian from WoolDrift Farm in Canada! We just picked him up from Grassroots sheep dairy in Marshall, NC. His dam is one of their best milk producers! We look forward to his lamb crop next spring!

It is time to downsize the dairy sheep herd again. This is always painful to let them go but I have too many! Here is the list...

5. Evil Eye: born spring 2025. Full blooded jacobs sheep ram. His father was 4 horned but he only has 2 horn. Covered my whole herd well.

We are finally finished lambing! Aalyiah usually lambs a month or so after everyone else. We are thrilled because they are both ewes! I am excited to milk her this year and her daughters in the future!

Congratulations Marjoram on your new baby boy! Large Marg is a first time momma and she is doing a perfect job! She picked a cold, snowy day to lamb but he will be a hardy little one!
