Over here on our little homestead, it’s not always baked goods and farm chores. Sometimes life sends us a little something unexpected that needs a helping hand and some extra TLC. ❤️

And well… being who we are, we just can’t look the other way. So here we are with two tiny little kitties we found hiding out in the wheel well of an old, unused trailer! 🥹🐾

For now, we’ll make sure these two little babies are safe, warm, fed, and loved while they grow big and strong. But once they’re ready, they’ll be looking for loving forever homes of their very own. ❤️ If you think you might have room in your heart (and on your couch 😉) for one of these sweet little souls, keep an eye out for updates! 🐾

Okay, I have to admit… this chicken mom life is pretty fun. 😂🐓

Look at these beautiful colors! 🥚🤎🤍💚💙

I never thought I’d get so excited to collect eggs every day, but there’s something really special about walking out to the coop and seeing what the girls left us. It’s such a simple part of our day, but one I hope I never take for granted. ❤️
