This week’s menu is built for Memorial Day weekend gatherings . You’ll find offerings for easy meals, backyard burgers, slow mornings, and a few treats tucked in between. I’ll have a mix of classic artisan loaves, savory staples for cookouts, and a handful of seasonal favorites to make the long weekend feel a little extra special.
📣 I will be taking next week off from pre-orders, so make sure to stock up on your favorites and stash some in the freezer!
As always, everything is naturally leavened, long-fermented, and made in small batches with care.

Here is what I'll be baking up this week:
🥖 Plain Sourdough Artisan Loaves: The classic that anchors it all. A beautifully blistered crust with a soft, open crumb. This one is perfect for toast, sandwiches, dipping, or simply warm with butter.
🌶️ Jalapeño Cheddar Sourdough Artisan Loaves: Savory, cheesy, and just the right amount of heat. Packed with sharp cheddar and jalapeños, this loaf makes incredible grilled sandwiches or the perfect companion to patty melts or chili.
🇮🇹 Italian Cheese & Black Pepper Sourdough Artisan Loaves: Rich, savory, and deeply flavorful with a blend of Italian cheeses and cracked black pepper. This one feels right at home alongside pasta night, charcuterie, or toasted with butter.
🫐 Lemon Blueberry Sourdough Artisan Loaves: Bright lemon paired with sweet blueberries for a loaf that feels perfectly suited to late spring. Lightly sweet and lovely toasted with butter or enjoyed alongside your morning coffee.
🕊️ Pay It Forward Loaves: Available again this week. If you’d like to purchase a loaf for a family in need, I’ll make sure it finds its way to someone who could use a little extra care.

🧀 Cheddar Bay Sourdough Focaccia: Inspired by the restaurant favorite, but naturally leavened and deeply flavorful. Soft and airy with cheddar, herbs, and that savory garlic butter finish everyone loves.
🍫 Triple Chocolate Sourdough Cookies: Rich, fudgy, and loaded with chocolate in every bite. Crisp edges, soft centers, and the kind of cookie that disappears faster than expected.
🍋 Sourdough Lemon Ricotta Loaf: Bright, tender, and lightly sweet with a delicate crumb thanks to ricotta and olive oil. Perfect with coffee, for brunch, or tucked into a weekend picnic basket. We love using this one as the base for a strawberry shortcake.
