Happy Easter! Today we celebrate first and foremost the resurrection of our risen King Jesus and that we do not worship a dead god locked away in a tomb but a living God seated in his heavenly throne. Secondly today is the one year anniversary of our engagement - made ever so sweet falling on Easter this year. As we gather with family we thank God for the blessings in our lives and the future yet to come. Our resident rooster, greeting us (loudly) in the mornings.. and the afternoons.. and in the eveningsā€¦. But we love him anyways! Jokes aside, he really is a wonderful rooster & we are grateful to have him around to watch over our hens!
