My FAVORITE human being turned 30 this weekend and she requested a cake with “a lot of chocolate”, and that’s exactly what she got. This is a dark chocolate fudge cake with a dark chocolate butter cream, dark chocolate ganache drip topped with Kat, Twix, Hershey’s Special Dark, Lindt Dark Lindor Truffles, Dark Chocolate Pirouline wafers and dark chocolate shavings. We call it Death by Chocolate. •
