Soup:

Italian GF Gnocchi Soup- tender shredded chicken breast, potato gnocchi, baby spinach, carrots, celery, onion & garlic simmered in a delicious chicken bone broth with a touch of cream & fresh thyme.
$18/quart

Salad:

Italian Chopped Salad is full of flavor and absolutely delicious. Grape tomatoes, red onion, roasted red pepper, cucumbers, red onion, garbanzo beans, artichoke hearts, kalmata olives, fresh mozzarella & genoa salami over chopped romaine. Food Arts Nut free Pesto dressing -it all comes together to make a tasty and filling salad that everyone is sure to love!

GF Spinach Farm Stand “Rollatini”- one of my favorite recipes from my earthbound organic food to live by cookbook! I use organic brown rice lasagna noodles to roll up a delicious mixture of freshly sautéed spinach, garlic & herbs with ricotta & Parmesan cheeses & egg baked in a cafe made marinara sauce. Like cannelloni but GF, fresh & totally delicious! Vegetarian, GF.

One of my most popular soups is on the docket! (Thai sweet potato!)

Soups:

🥕🍠🥥Thai Sweet Potato & carrot soup -an island favorite! A delicious smooth blend of sweet potatoes, carrots, & coconut milk accented with peanuts & Thai chili sauce. Savory & a little sweet with a bit of tang from fresh lime juice & cilantro.
Vegan 🌱 GF $18/quart

🍅🌽🌶️Chicken tortilla soup-A little spicy, a little savory, a lot delicious! Tender chicken thighs simmered in a tomatoey chicken broth accented with toasted cumin, smoked paprika, green chilies, sweet corn & black beans. Thickened up a bit with a little masa for that authentic Mexican flavor! GF, DF $18/quart

Dinners:

Creamy Cajun Chicken Pasta- bow tie pasta, caramelized sweet bell peppers & onions, tender chicken thighs & andouille sausage in a creamy Parmesan sauce. (Not spicy!)

Chef Robin’s tender meatloaf-made classically with beef/pork/veal, fresh breadcrumbs, minced onion, eggs & milk-topped with a sweet & tangy tomato/brown sugar & mustard sauce. Creamy golden mashed potatoes, maple buttered carrots & green beans. Serves 2 $48

🍒Winter Harvest -chopped romaine & fresh spinach, glazed walnuts, dried Montmorency cherries(the BEST from MI, of course!:)) feta cheese & lightly salted roasted apples, maple balsamic vinaigrette. Serves 1 $14

Hearty Detox Lentil soup - a local favorite!
Tender yellow lentils & split peas, butternut squash, carrots, potatoes, onions, celery, arugula , parsley, a good dose of extra virgin olive oil & a swirl of Marsala added at the end (so good!). Makes for an awesome hearty dinner topped with Parmesan & and side of crusty baguette. Vegan, GF,DF $18/quart

The best vegan chili EVER- it really is, not kidding! Protein & fiber packed with black beans, tomatoes, tofu crumbled & baked with tamari & nutritional yeast -makes for a hearty midweek dinner(and it doesn’t taste vegan!) top with avocado for a perfectly balanced meal. V, DF, GF $18/quart

French Onion soup- classically made with slowly caramelized onions a pinch of fresh garlic & thyme, healing organic beef bone broth and a swirl of sherry. Complete with cafe made croutons, Swiss & provolone cheeses (and instructions!) $18/quart

Hearty Mexican Beef & bean chili-traditionally made with TONS of grass fed locally raised beef, beans, spices, tomato sauce & masa harina.
