Whet your Whistle with a lil Watermelon Marg!

AGAVE BLUSH

3 OZ watermelon puree*
1 OZ HIATUS Tequila Blanco05 OZ fresh lime juice
Seltzer
Sliced jalapeno
Coarse sea salt
Ice

In an iced shaker tin stir together the watermelon puree, tequila and fresh lime juice.
Salt rim of low ball glass (optional)
To serve, pour into glass over ice, top with seltzer, a pinch of sea salt and slice of jalapeño. Enjoy!

* Watermelon purée:
Cut up watermelon into chunks removing as many seeds as possible, or purchase pre-cut from market. Place seedless chunks of watermelon in a blender and pulse, then push the puree through a mesh sieve to make it more liquid.

FATHER’S RESERVE

2 OZ HIATUS TEQUILA AÑEJO
1 SUGAR CUBE
2 DASHES ANGOSTURA BITTERS
2 DASHES ORANGE BITTERS

In a rocks glass add a sugar cube. Dash the bitters on top. Muddle the sugar cube until slightly dissolved.
Add a large cube of ice. Add Hiatus Tequila Añejo to the glass over the ice. Stir until proper dilution is achieved and the sugar is dissolved. Garnish with a flamed orange twist.
