🇮🇹🌶️ Diavola Pizza 🌶️🇮🇹

A spicy Italian pizza topped with tomato sauce, mozzarella, and hot salami.

Ingredients 🛒
• 1 lb (450 g) pizza dough
• 1 cup tomato sauce
• 8 oz (225 g) mozzarella cheese, shredded
• 4 oz (115 g) spicy salami (salame piccante), sliced
• 1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
• Fresh oregano
• Extra virgin olive oil

Instructions 👩‍🍳

1️⃣ Stretch the dough into a pizza round.
2️⃣ Spread the tomato sauce evenly.
3️⃣ Top with mozzarella and spicy salami.
4️⃣ Sprinkle with oregano and red pepper flakes if desired.
5️⃣ Bake at 500°F (260°C) until golden and bubbling.
6️⃣ Drizzle with olive oil before serving.
