Thank you. From our first sale to the first time we sold out and everything in between, we are beyond grateful. social dough was an idea that all of you made a reality. Our regulars (some of you coming multiple times a week) quickly became our friends. We know each other’s names, how life is going, and bonded over a love of a simple food we tried to make at the best of our ability. Running a restaurant is hard. Operating a pizza place out of 111 square feet is almost impossible. While we wanted to make the market our home for a long time to come, as time went on, it became more and more apparent that providing the experience and product at our standards is just not sustainable there. So we have made the incredibly difficult decision to take a pause and close this location. This is not goodbye as we have some events lined up and are exploring multiple offers and opportunities. The break just gives us the ability to fully commit to those while not so focused on the day-to-day struggles. Please support our friends who have become like family in the other 7 amazing full-time vendors. This is just the beginning; we will be back.

The season may not be off to the start we all hoped for, but I still have faith. Topped with “The Sausage Guy” sweet Italian sausage, grilled peppers and onions, all cooked in a New England IPA. Finished with a crisscross of mustard.

suggested this special awhile back and we wanted some spring color in our lives this week. Topped with mortadella, capicola, pepperoni, red onion, diced tomato, pepperoncinis, and house cheese blend. Finished with arugula, pecorino, and a drizzle of herbed olive oil and balsamic vinegar blend. Comes with your choice of two bags of Wachusett potato chips

This is Austin. He has been Alan’s best friend for nearly 14 years. Due to living near a dog park, lots of melting, and how inconsiderate most owners are; Austin is a little under the weather today.
