We are Ludwig Farmstead Creamery, producers of European style artisan farmstead cheese made in small batches with day-fresh milk from our own Holstein cows. We are a Farmstead Creamery, which means that all of our milk is produced on our farm where our creamery sits. We take great care in the raising, handling, and feeding of our cows and in turn they consistently give us the highest quality milk

to make our cheese. We are Certified Humane in the raising, handling, and feeding of our cows. Our milk is free of hormones and antibiotics.
